5:1 victory in the first AWHL game in history!!!

The Sabres make history and win their very first AWHL game 5-1 against the Highlanders from Kapfenberg. The Sabres were already very efficient in the first period and went into the first intermission with a comfortable 3-0 lead. After that they tried to control the game. Rosina Fichtinger in the Sabres' goal was always at the post when the Highlanders attacked and Hannah Tait put her stamp on the game with her hat-trick. All in all, a solid team performance and the first three points of the season!!!
