1:0 home win against league leaders Bolzano
It was the expected tough game. Both teams were still unbeaten and had made a very good start to the season. Emma McKnight scored the only goal of the game in the 8th minute. She beat the Italian goalkeeper with a beautiful shot from the slot. The game was evenly poised for a long time, with the Sabres only taking command in the final period. Rosi Fichtinger in goal was once again a huge support for the team. She saved 16 shots plus one penalty and celebrated her first EWHL shut out win in this game!!!
