Victory and loss in Ingolstadt

With a 3:1 win and a 0:4 loss the preparation of the Sabres ended this weekend.

Although the results suggest otherwise, both games were very evenly matched. On the second day the Sabres started the game with a classic cold start and after the first period it was already 3-0 for Ingolstadt. An empty net goal shortly before the end sealed the Sabres' defeat.
